2. You will not engage in any activity that constitutes as harassment, including, but not limited to, excessive repetition when adding a person as a friend.
3. You will not upload materials that contains nudity, violence, or offensive subject matter.
4. You will not promote information that you know is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous.
5. You will not list as referrals any email addresses which are owned by or belong to another member.
6. You will not misrepresent other members identity or impersonate them.
7. You will not hold themselves out as sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with the Chaved website.
8. You will not use any portion of the Chaved website or the Services for uploading, posting, emailing, transmitting or otherwise making available junk mail, commercial advertisements, or any other form of commercial solicitation.
9. You will not use any portion of the Chaved website or the Services for uploading, posting, emailing, transmitting or otherwise making available content, including user names and friend list names, that is harmful, threatening, abusive, vulgar, obscene, profane, defamatory, libelous, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
10. You will not use any portion of the Chaved website to share, promote or exchange Content Harmful to Minors.
11. You will not provide any material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
12. You will not solicit passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other members.
13. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the administration area of the website.
14. You will not engage in any activity that disrupts or diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of Chaved Services.
15. You will not use any portion or part of the Chaved website or the Services for any unlawful purpose.
16. You may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information belonging to others without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
17. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Chaved Members.
18. Chaved Network reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members.
